Human Resource Associate

As an HR Associate at Dice Academy, you will play a crucial role in supporting end-to-end HR operations. You will need to be proactive, well-organized, and passionate about ensuring smooth HR workflow and employee engagement across all branches. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle full-cycle hiring process including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Collaborate with department managers for effective manpower planning. - Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates effectively. - Manage onboarding formalities, offer letters, documentation, and induction process. - Keep track of attendance, leaves through HRMS/Excel, and maintain employee records. - Organize employee activities, celebrations, and communication initiatives to boost engagement. - Address employee queries promptly and foster a positive work environment. - Maintain monthly performance data and reports from branch heads. - Coordinate administrative tasks such as maintaining HR MIS reports, trackers, and supporting joining, exit process & F&F formalities. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory). - 1-3 years of HR experience (EdTech or Service Industry background preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, HR emails, and documentation. - Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain professionalism. **Additional Details:** Dice Academy offers a competitive salary as per company structure along with mediclaim benefits, daily snacks, and beverages.
