Human Resource Associate

Role Overview: You will be an HR Associate responsible for handling employee grievances and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Your role will involve being the first point of contact for employee concerns, tracking and closing grievances, coordinating with different teams, maintaining proper records, providing support with HR documentation, and sharing regular updates on common issues. Key Responsibilities: - Be the first point of contact for employee concerns and queries. - Log and track grievances and ensure timely closure. - Coordinate with different teams to resolve issues fairly. - Maintain proper records and documentation for all cases. - Provide support with letters, notices, and basic HR documentation as required. - Assist with follow-ups, counselling, and escalation support. - Share regular updates and reports on common issues and suggestions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree (HR/Business preferred but not mandatory). - Minimum of 6 months of experience in HR operations or grievance handling. - Good communication skills and a calm, balanced approach. - Comfortable handling sensitive conversations. - Basic MS Office skills and attention to detail.
