Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers from any stream to kick-start their career in Human Resources and learn the ropes in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support HR operations including employee records and attendance.
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain and update HR databases and documentation
• Assist in compliance and HR policy implementation

Eligibility:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn

Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks

Proficient in MS Office and HR basics
