Job Description

Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations , including onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities via HRMS platform ( Keka ).
Ensure a smooth and engaging employee lifecycle experience from joining to separation.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives , helping to build a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
Partner with team leads and department heads to address day-to-day people operations, performance tracking, and HR compliance needs.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires to facilitate seamless integration.
Collaborate with internal teams on policy implementation, HR audits , and process improvements.
Contribute to recruitment for key roles as needed (approx. 30 40% of bandwidth), focusing on sourcing, coordination, and onboarding support.
Bring flexibility, speed, and a startup mindset to solve HR challenges and enhance operational efficiency.

What we're Looking For

2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations , with exposure to recruitment and talent processes.
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (preferably Keka) and employee lifecycle management.
Working knowledge of payroll, onboarding, and compliance processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills .
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment .
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
This is a 6-month contract role , with potential for extension based on performance and business needs
