Job Description

What You’ll Do

Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities via HRMS platform (Keka).
Ensure a smooth and engaging employee lifecycle experience — from joining to separation.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives, helping to build a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
Partner with team leads and department heads to address day-to-day people operations, performance tracking, and HR compliance needs.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires to facilitate seamless integration.
Collaborate with internal teams on policy implementation, HR audits, and process improvements.
Contribute to recruitment for key roles as needed (approx. 30–40% of bandwidth), focusing on sourcing, coordination, and onboarding support.
Bring flexibility, speed, and a startup mindset to solve HR challenges and enhance operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience in HR operations, with exposure to recruitment and talent processes.
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (preferably Keka) and employee lifecycle management.
Working knowledge of payroll, onboarding, and compliance processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
This is a 6-month contract role, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
