Role / Responsibilities

Employer Branding / Content

Own and manage
company LinkedIn page content calendar
Draft & publish
posts on LinkedIn
(company culture, product milestones, leadership stories, employee spotlights, festival posts, etc.)
Coordinate with teams to
source stories, photos, and updates
Support
founder/leadership LinkedIn presence
Track
engagement, follower growth, and content performance
Assist in building
employer branding campaigns
(hiring posts, Glassdoor presence, etc.)

HR Support

Support in
employee engagement activities
(festivals, team events, Fun Fridays etc.)
Help with
HR communications
Assist HR in running
employee surveys, culture feedback, and initiatives
Be the
bridge between HR and branding
ensuring culture is lived and told

Skills Needed

Strong writing & storytelling ability
Understanding of LinkedIn trends & employer branding best practices
Good communication & people skills
Basic HR exposure
