Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Corona and/or V-Ray and possess a strong understanding of commercial interior design. You will be responsible for transforming our design concepts into photorealistic renderings and animations that captivate our clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations for a variety of commercial interior projects (corporate offices, retail stores, cafes, etc.). Model 3D assets and environments based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs from the interior design team. Expertly apply materials, textures, lighting, and camera settings within Corona and V-Ray to achieve stunning, lifelike results. Collaborate closely with interior designers to accurately interpret and represent their design intent. Manage and iterate on designs based on internal and client feedback, ensuring timely delivery of visualizations. Assist in creating visual content for client presentations, marketing materials, and company portfolios. Maintain an organized library of 3D models, materials, and textures. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software, and techniques in 3D visualization to keep our work fresh and competitive. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven professional experience as a 3D Visualizer, with a strong and impressive portfolio showcasing photorealistic commercial interior projects. Expert-level proficiency in 3D modelling software (3ds Max or SketchUp) and rendering engines, specifically Corona Renderer and/or V-Ray. A strong understanding and good knowledge of commercial interior design principles, including space planning, materials, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and lighting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop for post-production work). Ability to read and interpret 2D architectural drawings (AutoCAD plans, elevations, sections). A keen eye for detail, composition, colour, and light. Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment. Good to Have (Preferred Skills): Experience in creating 3D animations and walkthroughs. Knowledge of other visualization software like Unreal Engine or Enscape. A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
