Join our team in Mumbai as a Business Development Manager & Executive in the Turnkey Interior industry. As a Business Development Manager & Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing sales activities, managing a sales team, and driving business growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the real estate corporate market, excellent leadership and negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and building managers. Your responsibilities will include generating new leads, conducting market research, meeting or exceeding sales targets, negotiating lease agreements with landlords, assessing site suitability, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client needs, collaborating with internal teams, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports.
