JD IPB Specialist India. Location : Bangalore, India A reputed MNC management certification company is looking for an accounts resource. The main responsibility is to collect all details required for invoicing, then raising the invoice and despatching it. The resource should be a BCom graduate with good experience in using MS Excel. checking the correctness of Auto Invoice generated along with E-Invoice. Reconciliation of time booked, and Invoice generated for all IPB Projects. Co-ordinate with Inter Company colleagues for any corrections to be done. Exposure to work with international clients. Position Qualifications Bachelorss degree in accounting or finance. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position. Strong attention to details and analytical skills. ¢ Strong presentation and communication skills. ¢ Good command over English language ¢ Proactive, Positive attitude and solution oriented. ¢ Able to adapt quickly to changing environment and can work under pressure. ¢ Self-driven and with a collaborative team working spirit. ¢ Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel is required, ¢ Invoicing Role OTI (Order to invoice experience is needed). ¢ Readiness to take additional role and responsibility based on organization requirements. Intermediate skills in Power Point and Word are preferred
