Job Title: Inventory and Stock Manager

Location: Bhiwandi Warehouse (3 days/week) & Andheri Office (3 days/week)

Job Overview:

The Inventory and Stock Manager will oversee and manage the inventory control processes across both the Bhiwandi warehouse and Andheri office. This role requires ensuring accurate stock levels, timely stock replenishment, and effective coordination between warehouse operations and office administration to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels at the Bhiwandi warehouse.
• Oversee stock receiving, storage, and dispatch processes to optimize warehouse operations.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconciliation to prevent discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams at the Andheri office to forecast inventory needs.
• Implement inventory control policies and procedures to improve stock accuracy and reduce losses.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze stock movement trends for effective decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at the warehouse.
• Lead the team for smooth coordination between warehouse staff and office personnel.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues promptly.
• Facilitate efficient communication and workflow between Bhiwandi warehouse and Andheri office teams.

Work Schedule:

• 3 days per week at Bhiwandi warehouse.
• 3 days per week at Andheri office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management or stock control.
• Strong knowledge of inventory software and database systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment between warehouse and office settings.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with warehouse operations and best practices.
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
