Role Description This is a full-time Warehouse Manager-Inward role located onsite in Bhiwandi. The Warehouse Manager-Inward will be responsible for stock control, inventory control, operations management, forklift operation, and inventory management on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities: Inbound Operations Management: Supervise the unloading, checking, and recording of all incoming goods. Ensure accurate documentation and system entries for all receipts. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and purchasing teams to schedule and verify inbound shipments. Inventory & Quality Control: Oversee inspection and quality checks on received goods. Report any discrepancies or damages and coordinate returns/replacements. Maintain real-time inventory records and ensure stock accuracy. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise warehouse inward staff. Assign tasks and monitor performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs. Foster a safe and efficient work environment.
