Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries through whatsapp, email and other communication channels. Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively. Assist in achieving customer service goals and contribute to sales processes when required. Stay updated on product knowledge to provide expert assistance. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Tally software. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is an advantage).
