Job Title: Tally Billing Executive

Job Overview:

The Tally Billing Executive is responsible for managing the billing process using Tally software. This role involves preparing accurate invoices, maintaining billing records, and ensuring timely processing of financial transactions to support the organization's accounting and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate bills, invoices, and receipts using Tally software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
• Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
• Update customer accounts and manage credit notes and debit notes.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
• Assist in reconciling billing data with accounting records and reports.
• Generate periodic billing reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements related to billing.
• Handle customer queries related to billing and resolve billing disputes promptly.
• Support the accounting team during audits and financial reviews.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a billing executive or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software is mandatory.
• Good understanding of billing procedures and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
