Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, managing stock, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and overseeing the inventory team. Daily tasks include inventory tracking, auditing stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, managing inventory records, and implementing inventory control procedures. Additionally, the role involves analysing inventory data to optimise inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
• Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain management, Logistics and Purchase Order.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in the manufacturing or electronics industry is a plus
• Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Oversee order processing and fulfilment.
• Track shipments and logistics to ensure timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of stock management and warehouse operations.
• Hands-on expertise in shipment tracking and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in inventory control systems , Oracle and ERP/software tools.
• Solid understanding of order management workflows.
