Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing plans that align with business goals. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms, create engaging content, and interact with followers. Content Creation: Develop written, visual, and video content for both digital marketing campaigns and social media channels. Campaign Management: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO/SEM. Analytics and Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide reports on key metrics (ROI, KPIs). Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and social media best practices. Collaboration: Work with other teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, manage online reviews, and build community engagement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
