To support our growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory In charge to oversee our inventory operations, ensuring smooth supply chain management and stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end inventory operations including receipt, storage, stock management, and dispatch of garments.
• Monitor stock levels regularly to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations and ensure optimal inventory turnover.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements using ERP/WMS or other inventory management software.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system data.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of garments to maintain product quality and reduce damage or loss.
• Implement inventory control measures and best practices to minimize shrinkage and wastage.
• Analyze inventory trends and prepare reports for management to support decision-making.
• Manage relationships with vendors and warehouse staff to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse and inventory areas.
• Train and supervise junior inventory staff as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, or related field preferred.

· 2-4 years of proven experience in inventory management within textile/garments manufacturing or e-commerce garment sectors.

· Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, and product handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
