Job Summary:

The Inventory Incharge is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records in the 3PL warehouse. This includes stock counting, reconciliation, system updates, and coordination with warehouse and client teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical stock checks.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and report variances.
  • Update inventory records in WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Coordinate with receiving and dispatch teams for proper stock movement.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Assist in stock audits and provide necessary data.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
  • Communicate with clients regarding inventory issues or updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management (3PL preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of WMS or inventory software.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Physically fit to handle stock checking when needed.
  • 10th/12th pass or graduate (as per company requirement).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
