We are looking for a competent Inventory Management individual with an accounting background to monitor and report on the company’s inventory.
The goal is to ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their sales, inventory is well recorded and cost impact is optimised.

Job Description :

• • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
  • Knowledge of GST and TDS.
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
  • Develop and implement warehouse strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse KPIs, such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
  • Timely Physical count to be taken and report to management
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and accounting.

Requirements :

• • 3+ years of experience in warehouse management
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
  • Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Should be able to visit Government Departments, Bank and Vendors ETC.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (Zoho)
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Communication and interpersonal abilities.
