Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Inventory Controller to join our team on a Luxury Cruise Line. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in inventory management, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across all departments.
Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform inventory decisions.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
