Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing processes, manage shop floor operations, and ensure timely and quality output. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth operation of the shop floor Monitor and maintain production schedules as per weekly plans Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and process guidelines Coordinate with the production manager and report on daily/weekly targets Manage raw material allocation and machine utilization Train and guide operators and workers to improve productivity Handle minor technical issues and escalate major ones to the engineering/maintenance team Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives Maintain records and production data using ERP systems and physical logs Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup preferred (Freshers can apply) Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards Ability to read technical drawings and production documentation Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in shifts as required What We Offer: Opportunity to grow within a well-established company Supportive work environment with hands-on learning Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Exposure to modern production and quality systems Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Language: Malayalam (Required) Location: Kottayam, Kerala (Preferred) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
