Role: Human Resource Intern (Female Candidates Preferred) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Duration: 6 Months Stipend: 3,000 5,000 per month + Incentives Certificate: Certificate of Completion will be provided Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day (Day Shift) Joining: Immediate Joiners Only Education: Undergraduate / Graduate (Freshers Welcome) Preferred: MBA Freshers with a keen interest in Recruitment Key Responsibilities: Source candidate profiles from LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed , and other job portals. Call and screen candidates using provided databases and job leads. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Conduct initial screenings and share role-specific information with candidates. Liaise with employment agencies, colleges, and student communities. Maintain candidate data and submit recruitment progress reports. Support HR operations and address basic employee queries. Performance Evaluation: Expected to hire 35 - 40 candidates during the internship. Evaluated on the basis of active hires, sourcing effectiveness , and team contributions. Requirements: Female freshers passionate about building a career in recruitment. Must have a laptop and good internet connectivity . Basic knowledge of MS Excel .
