Role & responsibiliti We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Domestic Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the IT recruitment landscape in India and possess excellent communication and sourcing skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions across various technologies. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with clients/hiring managers. Schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and manage candidate pipelines. Negotiate salary and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Maintain recruitment data and reports. Required Skills: 1 to 3 years of experience in IT domestic recruitment . Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing strategies. Ability to understand technical job descriptions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Prior experience in a consultancy or staffing agency is a plus.
