International Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand business in global markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners overseas.
• Manage end-to-end international sales cycle including lead generation, negotiations, deal closure, and after-sales support.
• Conduct international market research to understand customer requirements, competition, and trends in the petrochemical, chemical, and rubber industry.
• Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings to promote products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing, International Business, or related field preferred).
• 4–5 years of proven experience in international sales within petrochemical, chemical, or rubber industries.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
• Experience in handling international clients, pricing negotiations, and global business development.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of global markets.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to different cultures and markets.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Based in

  Vadodara

  or willing to relocate.
• Prior international exposure and willingness to travel extensively.
• Candidates with strong client networks in the petrochemical, chemical, or rubber sectors will be given preference.
