Responsibilities: Research and build a database of UAE properties suitable for EV charging. Reach out to decision-makers to pitch Zynetic’s charging solutions. Schedule and coordinate partnership meetings with the UAE team. Maintain CRM records and report weekly on lead progress. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in business development or lead generation (UAE/GCC exposure preferred). Excellent English communication and outreach skills. Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily functioning of Zynetics EV charging network. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, resolving customer queries, monitoring charger performance, coordinating with the ground support team, and preparing analytical reports (MIS) for management review. This position demands strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills ideal for someone who enjoys operational control and continuous improvement in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Query Handling: Respond to customer issues related to charger usage, payment, or access. Track complaints through tickets or CRM and ensure timely resolution. Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and document closure reports. Charger Uptime & Coordination: Monitor charger status using the companys dashboard or Charger Management System (CMS). Identify offline or faulty chargers and coordinate with engineers or field teams for quick restoration. Maintain records of downtime, service visits, and technical resolutions. Data Analysis & MIS Reporting: Analyze charger performance, uptime, and utilization using Excel/Google Sheets. Identify underperforming chargers, recurring faults, or usage patterns. Prepare detailed MIS reports for weekly and monthly management reviews. Operational Improvements: Suggest process enhancements based on data insights and field feedback. Coordinate between customer success, operations, and technical teams to improve efficiency. Support SOP development for standardizing fault reporting and response times. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management. 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, technical support, or service management (preferably in EV, energy, or tech sector). Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for analytics and reporting. Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive issues effectively.
