Job Description

You are an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for International Marketing responsible for leading business development and marketing efforts in global markets. Your primary role involves representing the company to potential clients and stakeholders, driving sales opportunities, and expanding the international presence. You will foster client relationships, manage the sales cycle from inquiry to closing, and support strategic marketing initiatives to maximize revenue growth. Your responsibilities include engaging with clients, building relationships, generating leads, managing sales initiatives, handling quotations, overseeing the tender process, conducting customer site visits, providing technical support, participating in exhibitions and international trade shows, collecting customer feedback, analyzing market insights, devising sales strategies, and preparing reports. Key qualifications and skills for this role include a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, with an MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. You should have a proven track record of success in international sales and marketing, particularly in engineering or technical industries. Strong understanding of international business practices, market trends, and cross-cultural communication is essential. You must be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills are required. You should be capable of working autonomously, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, trade shows, and site visits is necessary. Preferred experience includes 5+ years in international sales and marketing, preferably in an engineering or technical field. Previous experience managing global accounts and understanding international tendering processes is beneficial. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools is advantageous. Multilingual capabilities are a plus. Working conditions involve regular international travel for client meetings, trade shows, and site visits. The role includes a mix of remote and on-site activities, with a focus on relationship management and customer satisfaction.,
