International Sales Manager

SOL Dubai is a leading exhibition stall design and branding company specializing in large-format exhibition stands. We offer customized solutions for trade shows, conferences, and promotions across the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through outbound calls and follow-ups
• Understand client needs and pitch suitable services or solutions
• Maintain a strong pipeline and regularly update CRM
• Schedule meetings, demos, and site visits
• Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to optimize outreach strategy
• Share market insights and feedback to improve lead quality
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead & sales targets

Requirements:

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and achieving revenue targets
• preferrably MBA
• Must have his/her own visa
• 5+ year of experience in sales, client servicing, or business development
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for sales
• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms
• Comfortable with virtual meetings and regular reporting
• Willing to travel within Dubai for exhibitions and client meetings

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
