We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused professional with proven experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing Client Relationships , understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling and outbound calls to potential domestic and international clients.
Present and explain products/services to prospective customers in a professional manner.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective follow-ups and regular communication.
Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and partnerships.
Manage the entire lead generation process from prospecting to closure.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and meet business objectives.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Represent the company in a professional, credible, and trustworthy manner during all interactions.

Key Requirements:

Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional international language skills will be an advantage.
International exposure in dealing with global clients preferred.
Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand client needs and present tailored business solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
