Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Manager, based in Gurugram. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new markets, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. This role requires extensive travel to meet with international clients and partners.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development: Proven track record in sales and business development, especially in international markets
Client Relationship Management: Expertise in managing and nurturing client relationships
Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales teams
Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
Flexibility and Willingness to Travel
Relevant Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
Experience in the Software or Technology industry is beneficial
