TITLE: Manager International Sales

REPORTS TO: Chairman & Managing Director with dotted line To Director Production

PEERS: Other 11 Department Heads

OTHER KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Global Distributors, International Consultants, Global Service Vendors, R&D and Production Team

Preferred Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serving as a single point of contact for all export related associations – lead to order value growth.

2. Monitor all existing IN FE CT IO N CO NT RO L prospective markets in S E Asia, Europe, and Latin America etc.

3. To Churn 4 yr of existing client data & identify appropriate business sales opportunities, as well as presentation of those opportunities and estimations to the Management

4. Prepare effective business plan based on existing & new data base to achieve required product export volumes and profit

5. Coordinate all entry barriers into international markets & resolve through consultants, distributors in those regions.

6. Develop e x c e l l e n t relationships with all international distributors, agents and clients

7. Manage all banking logistics for export activities.

8. Coordinate with factories/ production/ R&D for customer product tweaking & documentation if so required.

9. Check GOI subsidies/export council benefits.

 Focus on identified markets from Arab Health enquiries

 Propagate the technology and it’s USP’s through validated channels

 Achieve demo unit sales, 1 p/month, in select markets that have been identified

 Mitigate environmental clearance and entry barriers in identified markets; 4 countries minimum

 Plan volumes & distributor channels, with signing up of minimum 2 distributors p/month

 Submit Realistic business plan for 26-27.

It’s a Path Breaking Microwave Based Medical Sterilization Equipment's. For our NGT range, is the only one in Asia Pacific with 3 other European manufacturers Worldwide.

To be successful in thisrole, one must be fluent in written and verbal English communication with strong leadership skills, ability to work with people from different cultures & adaptability to working in international regions.

He / She will have strong ethics and value system with focus on 100% deliverables.

 Minimum experience of 5-8 years &must be in similar medical device Exports (MUST)

 To expedite business, existing distributor links in Latin American, African &UAE markets, SE Asia

 Expertise in International trade regulations, logistics, custom procedures & global compliance requirements

 Market research & data analysis capability to identify emerging opportunities & adapt strategies.

 Proficient project management, operational oversight & experience of export contract Management Skills
