Job Description

Designation – HR Intern for 2 months Notice period – Immediate joiner Age Criteria – 21 yrs – 25 yrs old Education – Any Graduate preferred MBA in HR or BBA in HR Objective To support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while gaining hands-on experience in the talent acquisition process. Key Responsibilities Job Posting & Sourcing: Post job openings on job portals and social media. Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc. Screening & Coordination: Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria. Conduct initial HR screenings (via phone or email). Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Documentation & Follow-up: Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates and internal teams during the recruitment process. Onboarding Support: Assist in pre-joining formalities and onboarding processes. Employer Branding Support: Support employer branding initiatives on social media and job platforms. Skills Required Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail Basic knowledge of HR tools (Excel, ATS is a plus) Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and prioritize work
