Human Resources Intern

Designation – HR Intern for 2 months

Notice period – Immediate joiner

Age Criteria – 21 yrs – 25 yrs old

Education – Any Graduate preferred MBA in HR or BBA in HR

Objective

To support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while gaining hands-on experience in the talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Job Posting & Sourcing:

• Post job openings on job portals and social media.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

1. Screening & Coordination:

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
• Conduct initial HR screenings (via phone or email).
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

1. Documentation & Follow-up:

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates and internal teams during the recruitment process.

1. Onboarding Support:

• Assist in pre-joining formalities and onboarding processes.

1. Employer Branding Support:

• Support employer branding initiatives on social media and job platforms.

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of HR tools (Excel, ATS is a plus)
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
