Job Title: International Sales Manager – Export Sales

Education: Graduate / MBA (International Business preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in international markets.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
• Conduct market research to explore potential countries/regions for business expansion.
• Build strong business relationships with international clients and regularly follow up on leads and orders.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms in compliance with export regulations.
• Ensure timely execution of export orders and coordinate with logistics, production, and finance departments.
• Monitor and manage export documentation like invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, LC handling, etc.
• Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings to promote products globally.
• Analyze sales data, prepare MIS reports, and forecast export sales trends.
• Stay updated on foreign trade policies, global demand, shipping costs, and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and country-specific import/export regulations.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written English a must).
• Strong understanding of international sales operations and export documentation.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS, LC (Letter of Credit), shipping practices, and export incentives (like RoDTEP, MEIS, etc.).
• Good market research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-cultural clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ERP systems, and digital communication platforms.
