International Sales Manager

As a Manager - International Sales at Strand Life Sciences, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's presence and driving sales in international markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day engagements with channel partners in various countries - Visiting assigned countries to meet and engage with clinicians, channel partners, and industry stakeholders - Building strong confidence with prescribers and prospects through product knowledge and ongoing pre and post-sales support - Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans, including webinars and conferences - Meeting assigned sales goals monthly and ensuring timely collection of receivables - Coordinating with internal teams such as Customer Support, Logistics, Lab, Marketing, and Finance for the execution of objectives - Assisting in identifying, screening, and appointing channel partners in newer markets Qualifications and Skills Required: - Experience in sales, preferably in diagnostics/ medical devices/ pharma industry - 4+ years of international sales experience or 6+ years in the domestic market - Post Graduate degree in science/ pharmacy/ biotechnology preferred but not mandatory - Proven ability to independently manage sales in specific regions/territories - Willingness to travel extensively - Proficiency in spoken and written English language About Strand Life Sciences: Strand is a 24-year-old spin-off from the Indian Institute of Science, dedicated to improving human health through DNA sequencing applications.
