Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for scaling HLE Glascoats international business to INR 100 Crores annually over the next 3 years. As a key driver of the export growth strategy, you will lead Sales & Marketing initiatives across global markets in the Filtration-Drying and Glass-Lined Equipment segments. Key Responsibilities: - Drive international sales for HLE Glascoats existing product portfolio - Develop and manage customer relationships across target geographies - Lead marketing initiatives and business development efforts - Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and collection targets Qualifications Required: - 12-16 years of International Sales experience in Chemical and API industries - Engineering Degree (mandatory) - Prior experience as a Process Engineer in Chemical Industry (preferred),
