**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As the International Sales Manager at Klimapharm Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in expanding the global market presence of Klimapharm HVAC & Cleanroom solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing international sales operations, identifying and engaging with prospective overseas clients, building distributor/agent networks, and ensuring business growth in targeted regions. It is essential to have a deep knowledge of HVAC & cleanroom systems and a strong understanding of global pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive international business development and sales of HVAC and cleanroom solutions in assigned territories (East Africa, West Africa, and Middle East). - Identify, engage, and develop new clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and allied industries. - Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, technical discussions, commercial negotiations, deal closures, and coordination with clients for after-sales service. - Understand client requirements, prepare techno-commercial proposals in collaboration with the estimation and design teams. - Represent the company in international trade shows, expos, and client meetings to promote product offerings and capabilities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, agents, and channel partners in the target regions. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to optimize market penetration. - Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management. - Collaborate with internal departments for the timely execution of international projects post order confirmation. - Ensure compliance with international business norms, documentation, and export regulations. **Qualifications:** - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering. - MBA in International Business or Marketing (preferred). **Additional Company Details:** Klimapharm Technologies Pvt.
