Job Description

As the International Sales Manager at Klimapharm Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in expanding the global market presence of our cleanroom HVAC solutions. Your responsibilities will include driving business development and sales in East Africa, West Africa, and the Middle East, identifying and engaging with new clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and allied industries, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to after-sales service coordination. Your deep knowledge of HVAC & cleanroom systems and understanding of global pharmaceutical industry standards will be essential in preparing techno-commercial proposals, representing the company in international events, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners. Furthermore, you will be expected to monitor market trends, ensure compliance with international business norms and regulations, and collaborate with internal departments for the successful execution of international projects. To be successful in this role, you should possess a B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, along with an MBA in International Business or Marketing (preferred). You should have 7 to 12 years of experience in international sales, particularly in HVAC & cleanroom, pharma, or similar industrial engineering solutions, with a focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, or clean manufacturing industries in international markets. Your technical skills should include an excellent understanding of HVAC & cleanroom systems, global regulatory norms (GMP, ISO, FDA, WHO), and the ability to prepare detailed technical and commercial offers using MS Office, CRM systems, and international business communication tools. Moreover, you should possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, a strong business acumen, and the willingness to travel internationally for business development and client meetings. Being self-driven, target-oriented, and a strategic thinker with leadership qualities will be critical for your success in this role.
