Job Summary:

The Regional Manager (Front Sales) will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding the customer base for HVAC and Cleanroom solutions across assigned regions. This role involves direct client engagement, identifying business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. The candidate must have a strong technical background in HVAC and cleanroom systems and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Coordination with the estimation, design, and execution teams will be key to delivering tailored solutions to clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, and high-tech industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Drive front-end sales and business development for HVAC cleanroom solutions in the assigned region.

2) Identify, target, and engage pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients for new project opportunities.

3) Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.

4) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

5) Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation, technical presentations, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.

6) Coordinate with the Estimation, Design, and Execution teams to deliver client-specific proposals.

7) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

8) Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regional performance analysis for senior management.

9) Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events within the region.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in front-end sales, with at least 3 years in HVAC/Cleanroom project sales.
  • Proven track record in B2B industrial/engineering solution sales, preferably in pharmaceutical or cleanroom sectors.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and cleanroom systems, including regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, ISO).
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, P&IDs, and BOQs.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic sales reporting tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • High level of initiative, strategic thinking, and result-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and business development.

Preferred Attributes:

· Established client network in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.

· Familiarity with cleanroom standards (GMP, ISO, etc.) and regulatory requirements.

· Leadership and team management capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.

Note :- Candidate must have experience into HVAC Cleanroom in Pharmaceutical sector/ industry.
