Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Manager located in Ludhiana East. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with international clients, developing sales strategies to expand the company's global presence, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Daily tasks include managing and overseeing the sales team, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, monitoring sales metrics, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless delivery of products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships
  • Global market knowledge and experience in international business development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret sales data for decision-making
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in industrial sales or a similar role will be highly regarded
