• Managing communications with international clients to facilitate seamless order processing. • Strategically expanding the Company's international client base through targeted sales initiatives. • Cultivating and nurturing robust client relationships to foster business growth and capitalize on opportunities. • Implementing measures to re-engage lapsed clients and address customer grievances effectively. • Co-ordinating with relevant departments for the preparation and execution of export documentation. • Maintaining comprehensive regulatory records on a per-country and per-customer basis. Ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from debtors & creditors both, before the termination of employment. • Regularly, the employee will oversee settling customer accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation between goods dispatched and payments received, thus maintaining smooth financial operations. • Your foremost duties and responsibilities before departing from the organization will include ensuring the recovery of overdue payments of the existing and new clients dealt by yourself. In cases where the company assumes risk with a specific buyer, you must seek approval in writing or on official email, from three officers at or above the rank of Deputy General Manager. In case if amount remains overdue, the employee will be liable to pay the pending dues along with interest if the personal/financial interest of the employee has been found at later stage. • It's crucial to ensure that you steer clear of any fraudulent activities and conduct thorough due diligence.
