Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ludhiana East. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other HR-related tasks to support the company's workforce. Qualifications HR Management and HR Operations skills Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge Experience in Human Resources (HR) field Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle employee grievances and conflicts effectively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field Certifications in HR or related field are a plus Show more Show less
