Qualifications

Client Relations and Customer Service skills
Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle Customer Inquiries
Excellent Communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree

Timings- 10:30a.m - 8:30p.m

Location- Sector 9, Chandigarh

Salary Range- 18000 - 26000 monthly
