Client Advisor

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and polished Client Advisor to join our boutique at Mumbai Airport Terminal 2. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in luxury retail, particularly in ethnic couture, fine jewellery, or high-end fashion, and possess the ability to create memorable shopping experiences for discerning clientele from across the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Welcome, assist, and engage every client with warmth, professionalism, and refined product knowledge.
• Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Brand Experience: Deliver an exceptional and personalized luxury experience aligned with brand values and aesthetics.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
• Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand’s collections, craftsmanship, and heritage to confidently guide client decisions.
• Visual Presentation: Maintain impeccable store presentation and assist with visual merchandising standards.
• Operations Support: Support daily store operations including billing, inventory checks, and coordination with the store management team.
• Airport Compliance: Adhere to airport protocols and operational standards specific to the retail environment at Terminal 2.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–6 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in ethnic wear, fine jewellery, or high-end fashion/accessories.
• Client Handling: Proven track record of managing HNI and international clientele with grace and discretion.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual ability is an advantage.
• Presentation: Impeccable grooming, demeanor, and understanding of luxury service standards.
• Team Orientation: Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in an airport retail environment with rotational shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
