International Sales Manager – Vadodara (On-site)

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of international tele-sales reps.

• Set and track daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Train the team in scripts, objection handling & closing techniques.

• Handle client escalations and high-priority deals.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy and ensure compliance with Australian solar regulations.

• Drive a high-performance, positive team culture and coordinate seamlessly with HR, training and operations.

What we’re looking for:

• 2-4 years experience in international telesales or solar sales.

• Proven team-leadership/management background.

• Excellent communication, motivation and team-building skills.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

• Comfortable with early-morning shift (AU time zone).

• Familiar with CRMs, dashboards and Zoom.
