About the Role

International Sales Manager

lead and mentor a team of International Sales Executives


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of

    International Sales Executives

    to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Drive

    end-to-end international sales cycles

    – lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop and implement

    sales strategies

    for markets in

    North America, Europe, Middle East, and APAC.

  • Build long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams for customized client solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in

    AI, Cloud, and Communication Technologies.

  • Create and monitor

    team KPIs

    , performance reports, and ensure CRM hygiene.
  • Participate in international trade shows, virtual events, and business meetings.


Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or

    Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • 7–12 years

    of proven experience in

    International B2B Sales / IT / SaaS / Cloud

    industry.
  • Strong exposure to

    AI, Cloud, GPU infrastructure, CRM, or Call Center technologies.

  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and client presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage global accounts across different time zones and cultures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
