International Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Your key role will involve analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. Additionally, you will be required to research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Participation in international exhibitions and gathering and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports will also be part of your responsibilities. Implementing new sales plans and advertising will play a crucial role in your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business on an international basis - Participate in international exhibitions - Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives - Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities - Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, exhibitions, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks - Coordinate with quality engineers for new samples for customers - Follow up with customers for their new orders particularly - Coordinate with logistic/import/export team for export shipment - Present MIS every month, convincing the status of business, new market initiatives, competition activities, etc. Qualifications Required: - More than 10 years of experience in the same field - Fluency in English is required Please note that the office location is in Vasai East, Mumbai.
