Domestic Sales

You will be responsible for promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. This includes analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. Additionally, you will be tasked with researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Your role will involve visiting potential customers and regular customers in the domestic market, gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports, as well as implementing new sales plans and advertising. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also need to stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, exhibitions, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks. Furthermore, you will need to coordinate with quality engineers for new samples for customers and follow up with customers for their new orders. Presenting MIS every month to convey the status of business, new market initiatives, competition activities, etc., will also be part of your duties.
