Job Title: International Sales Manager
Location: New Delhi CTC: ₹7-11 LPA (Fixed) + ₹5-10 LPA (Incentives) + ESOPs
As an International Sales Manager at Amitoje India, you will take charge of expanding our footprint globally, focusing on large corporations and international clients. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, perseverance, and excellent communication skills to navigate the complexities of international sales cycles. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding global market dynamics, and driving high-value sales across various regions. You’ll engage with top FMCG, retail, and exhibition companies globally, promoting our innovative, patented retail display solutions, which include foldable, space-saving designs.
• Extensive International Engagement: Drive the international sales process by targeting key global markets (Europe, Middle East, USA). Aim to engage in over 30 meaningful client interactions per month, including client meetings, trade shows, and cold outreach.
• Strategic Negotiation: Use your negotiation expertise to close large deals in competitive international markets, exceeding sales targets while managing multiple client expectations across different time zones and cultural landscapes.
• Global Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales cycle—from lead generation, client meetings, and product customization to closing deals. Maintain detailed records of CRM updates and progress reports.
• Problem Solving & Market Adaptation: Demonstrate resilience by adapting to different market requirements and regulations in various regions, while keeping Amitoje’s core product line adaptable and innovative for clients’ needs.
• Travel & Representation: Represent Amitoje at international exhibitions and conferences, showcasing our products and building relationships with potential clients.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of international sales experience in retail displays, shop fittings, FMCG, or expo solutions.
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, International Relations, or a relevant field.
• Proven Success: A strong track record in meeting international sales targets, managing global clients, and navigating complex sales processes.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work across cultures and manage client relationships globally.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of international business environments, regulations, and sales strategies for retail display solutions.
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, exhibitions, and sales pitches.
