Responsibilities Drive new sales, revenue generation and customer base for education business in a given territory Design and manage the entire end to end sales process for your territory including lead generation and conversion through multiple sales approaches such as inbound, outbound and field sales. Able to make required and frequent visits to the education institutions , follow-ups, documentation, and maintain customer relationships. Should have a good knowledge of the assigned territory including geography, networking and business events, leads, etc. Any other activities assigned by your reporting manager. Should have your own laptop and two-wheeler. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in field sales, in schools. Freshers are welcome with go getter attitude, talented and ambitious sales people Graduate with clear communication skills in speaking, writing, and presentation. Comfortable using tools such as Google sheets, Word, e-mails, etc. Self-starter, ownership to design action and deliver results in new settings Required Skills 1. Successful track record in B2B & B2C sales. 2. Experience in sales, marketing field. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English / Local Language. 4. Experience in sales techniques. 5. Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. 6. Proven ability to plan and manage resources. 7. Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets. 8. An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates 9. Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients 10. Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills 11. IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets, presentations and Emailing 12. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Main Responsibilities 1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. 2. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. 4. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. 5. Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships 6. Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with company / individual targets. 7. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. 8. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. 9. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. 10. Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations 11. Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.
