International Business Development Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing sales, increasing the customer base, and providing timely and accurate reporting to senior management. Your role will involve building relationships with new and existing customers and overseeing all sales operations. Key Responsibilities: - Visit and advise new customers from respective markets. - Identify new areas for business development. - Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence. - Conduct market research to understand supply and demand dynamics, price trends, and market conditions for rice. - Sell rice commodities based on market conditions and client requirements. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the rice supply chain. - Stay updated on industry developments, trade policies, geopolitical events, and other factors affecting the rice market. - Handle documentation requirements for import/export transactions and ensure compliance with trade regulations. - Establish controls to minimize fraud risks within the organization. - Provide timely reports to the Senior Sales Manager and management. - Perform any other tasks assigned by the company. - Safeguard company assets in the respective market. Qualifications Required: - 2-10 years of experience in the rice industry. - Basic computer skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in English and Hindi. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. - Understanding of the company and its position in the market. - Customer orientation, networking skills, establishing focus, and building collaborative relationships. Additional Details: This is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off. The work schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday at the Amritsar location.,
