Position Summary :-

International Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

Market Development & Strategy

• Develop and execute international business strategies to drive growth in the

  CIS region

  ( Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, etc.).
• Identify new market opportunities, product positioning, and entry strategies aligned with company objectives.

Business Expansion & Partnerships

• Identify, evaluate, and appoint distributors, agents, and strategic partners in CIS countries.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, importers, and regulatory consultants.
• Lead negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and exclusivity agreements.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve international sales targets and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
• Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, and market-wise budgets for the CIS region.
• Monitor distributor performance and take corrective actions where required.

Regulatory & Product Management

• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs teams for product registrations, renewals, and compliance as per CIS regulatory requirements.
• Support product selection, dossier preparation, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management for international markets.

Market Intelligence & Analysis

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing structures, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide regular market feedback to management regarding demand, competition, and regulatory changes.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Production, QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of international orders.
• Ensure timely order execution, documentation, logistics coordination, and payment follow-ups.

International Representation

• Represent Trident Lifeline Ltd. at international exhibitions, trade fairs, business meetings, and regulatory forums related to the CIS region.
• Conduct market visits and distributor audits as required
