Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Executive who will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing warehouse operations, supervising manpower, and maintaining accurate records related to goods movement. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory control, dispatch coordination, and day-to-day warehouse activities. Role & responsibilities Manage and monitor inventory levels , ensuring accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and physical verification. Oversee warehouse operations including inward and outward movement , goods receiving, storage, dispatch, and returns. Handle goods management such as proper stacking, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO implementation. Maintain daily reports and records of inward, outward, and dispatched goods. Supervise warehouse staff , allocate tasks, and ensure efficient manpower utilization. Coordinate with purchase, production, and logistics teams for smooth workflow. Ensure proper documentation and timely updates in warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
