Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Picker at Truemeds. The Executive Picker will be responsible for selecting and recommending best value medicines to customers based on the proprietary algorithm and tele-consultation. Additionally, the role involves working closely with the product and operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or telehealth industries Strong knowledge of medicine selection and matching Attention to detail and accuracy in selecting medicines Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving healthcare accessibility Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or related field

1.Fixed Asset Register (FAR): Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) in compliance with SOP’s, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards through regular weekly reviews. 2. Cash Management: Hyperlocal Cash Deposit: Handle and Ensure timely daily deposits for hyperlocal transactions, maintaining accuracy and adherence to financial procedures. Petty Cash Reconciliation: Perform Weekly petty cash reconciliations to identify and address any discrepancies. 3. Logistics Insurance Claims: Process and manage insurance claims for lost cases in B2B and B2C operations, ensuring timely submissions and weekly follow up for resolution. 4. Banking Operations: Manage banking correspondence and operational tasks as needed, ensuring prompt and accurate execution of activities on an ad-hoc basis. 5. Accounts Payables: Non-Trade and Non-Ops Reconciliation: Reconcile non-trade and non-operational accounts regularly, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies on a monthly or quarterly basis. Employee Travel Reimbursements: Process & verify employee travel re-imbursement claims, ensuring all claims are submitted.

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including reviewing invoices, verifying accuracy, obtaining proper approvals, and processing payments in a timely manner. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions, including vendor details, payment terms, and invoice documentation. Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and effectively communicating with vendors to resolve any outstanding issues. Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies or billing discrepancies. Stay updated with changes in GST and TDS regulations, ensuring compliance in all financial activities and accurately processing related transactions. Prepare and file periodic GST returns and TDS returns within the specified timelines. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and preparing financial reports. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and fostering a collaborative work environment. Continuously identify process improvement opportunities, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounts payable function
